In Fed Speak yesterday; Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis President James Bullard said he is watching the flattening of the yield curve with concern and said the Fed should slow its rate increases to keep it from turning negative. On the economic calendar today we have Personal Income and outlays at 8:30 am ET. The Chicago PMI at 9:45 am ET. Consumer Sentiment 10:00 am ET. Baker Huges Rig Count at 1:00 pm ET.
